Oh she was indeed a clem, saw it the other day and wanted to slap her, she cut him off loads, I'd have quite happily had a good full 10 mins report on that, minimum. Seems the News these days like to just give you half a story on anything remotely interesting and full blown reports on paedo singers when they die.

Although on the topic of Witricity, interesting name for an interesting concept. I have to say the "Wi" bit doesn't really call it wireless, I mean, normal electricity through cables could also be Witricity as it goes down wires. But hey, they came up with it, let them call it what they want. For me though I'd have called it....dunno, but something better than Witricity, it's just a bit gay! However, can't wait for it to start up, imagine if eventually we could get rid of the rats nests behind pcs?!?! Only thing is though, if you buy new kit surely you'll have to tune it to individual frequencies, so stuff needing different voltages don't interfer with each other (inappropriately).

I hear that. The BEAST wouldn’t start for coffee or wine the other night. Error code 408: Battery too cold.

Oh dear.

Tesle worked on this, and got prototypes working. Edison and GE paid for the research as he was poor for 51% of the patent rights, then stomped him into the ground - they had just spent a fortune building the infrastructure for their new power plants, etc (which Tesla made possible by insisting on A.C. to transmit power :p) and weren't about to see their money pissed down the drain. How can you cut off someone unless there's a wire leading to their house?

Hello Lee, btw!

This is pretty cool! My friend actually works for a company, PowerBeam, that creates wireless electricity but transmits via optical energy. If anyone is interested, check out powerbeaminc.com
